T-STEM Blueprint

Purpose of the T-STEM Blueprint

The Texas Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (T-STEM) Blueprint provides foundational principles and standards for innovative partnerships with business and industry and colleges and universities. All T-STEMs are required to meet all the design elements for each benchmark annually. TEA provides technical assistance to promote implementation of the T-STEM model with fidelity.

TEA is currently in a phase-in process for the new T-STEM Blueprint. Data for Outcomes-Based Measures (OBMs) on data indicators related to access, attainment, and achievement are for information and planning purposes only. This information will not be used to determine designation status.
